Herbaceous dicots do have cambium all summer. Their is much variation
between genera of such dicots. In all cases the cambium is very inactive
compared to trees. It is found in bundles. from the exterior the
components of the bundle is fibers, phloem, cambium, xylem. The bundles
are arrange in a circle with pith between and not scattered in the pith
like the no cambium bundles of monocots such as corn.
