Why would i need to look at the WPC rules when they don't apply to GPC sites?
The GPC has more sites across the U.S. and Canada (no tarp required) the
Topsfield site that i have been attending for 10+ years brings in 100 plus
pumpkin entries.

Better take a look at the WPC rules. completely the opposite of what you just
said,... you need a tarp, you must spend the 25 bucks.. The good thing is that
you can win big bucks.. but if youare looking for a smaller less governed weigh
off, just ask, there are plenty..
