I second this. A small thing like properly
identifying yourself in emails seems like the kind
of courtesy we should expect from each other. Why
some individuals are so ashamed of there identity
is beyond me, especially when someone is seeking
help from an anonymous group.  
Imagine ridiculing your physician for placing MD.
after their name. 
Imagine again, sending a letter to your doctor
that read something like this.

tell me how to stop this pain.
