stem to blossom measurement

Hi list,
I have recently noticed that 2 of my pumpkins have been growing but have
had the same stem to blossom end length in the OTT measurement for 2 weeks.
These girls are 6 weeks old and are gaining about 10# a day. I am
wondering if any of you has noticed this with your pumpkins, and if so, do
you have an idea if this means they are about to stop growing? Thank you
