We probably can't know unless we check the DNA of his seeds. What is he
selling? I don't know. They may be AGs, Prizewinners, or some other
variety. Unless he is selling a variety for which the originator got a
patent, I suspect he's doing nothing wrong.

I suppose, like Howard Dill, he could (I emphasize "could") have developed
his own variety. I doubt it but, really, I don't know.
