If, and ONLY if, he is selling the AG then he is in violation of the pvp
placed on it.
NOBODY SHOULD SELL THOSE SEEDS IN THE USA WITHOUT DILL'S PERMISSION.
I view it as part of respecting the years and years and years the king
spent developing the embryo of what is now our favorite hobbie.
