Hi.
I have not cut her in half yet, I just cut a hole about 15 inches in
diameter at the stem end to get the seeds out.
I would guess it was about 8 inches thick at the stem end.
The Kennedy 625 is a 779.5 Bobier cross with 649 Holland.
Our weather here near Ottawa was a hot and dry June and July then August has
been cool but this pumpkin never seemed to slow down much with some nights
down to the high 40's.
I am not as shook up as I thought I might be.
Maybe in the back of my mind I knew this was going to happen to me as
everything was going just a little to smoothly.
I just put the seed on a towel on top of the fridge to dry so they will not
be ready to mail out for a month or so, but if you like you can send a SASE
envelope anytime.
