apply to. I must apologise for not explaining WHAT THE HECK A 'MARROW'? is.
I
guess that I took it for granted that everyone on the List may have known
what a 'MARROW' is and I guess that I should have said ZUCCHINI instead.
As a point of interest the World Record for the heaviest MARROW / ZUCCHINI
is
135 Lbs and is held by a Grower here in the UK. The Ottawa-St. Lawrence
Growers Association have a section for GIANT MARROW in their Weigh-Off. The
heaviest Giant Marrow that I have grown weighed 72 Lbs. Growing Giant
Marrows
here in the UK is part of our Gardening History and there can be great
rivalry between local villages to see who has grown the heaviest.
