    I would say there is no difference is seed quality. Every seed is 
pollinated with a different grain of pollen. I don't think that a particular 
seeds position within the lobe (or pumpkin) in general makes any difference 
(at least to the quality of genetic information contained within the seed). I 
suppose that there could be some difference related to the quality of the 
seed in relation to the success of germination but I would be hard pressed to 
say why one lobe would be any better or worse than any other.
