Great to see the Union Jack flying guys - keep it up.
Kathie - you said "In just two days, tomorrow will be yesterday!" Here in
NZ tomorrow there is now here so tomorrow here is two days away there. This
means that I am now in your future!!!!!
The very large growth from the past few weeks is looking tatty as we have
had a few winds. Big growth may look good but it does not stand a lot of
movement - good job it is not there Dorothy Totoland!
The Needham which is three weeks behind is making good growth now and looks
promising as the stems are a lot darker green than the others and a lot more
rigid.
I sacrificed a lot of broad beans and the runners are now invading the bean
patch. I have tags on some of them to help identify with pollination but
there will be eight strong runners all side by side in a few days.
It is very muggy and humid now. There is a forecast of heavy rain tomorrow
so I have thrown a lot of general mix fertiliser around the patch in
anticipation of a good downpour.

Have a 'Parky' day
