Self addressed Stamped bubble packs (SASBP)

Hi everyone,

I'm a new grower and I'm trying to make contacts and get a seed list started.  
I've been talking with several growers in Canada and wanted to send them a self 
addressed stamped bubble pack (SASBP) in return for some seeds.  If I include US 
postage on the SASBP will they be able to send it from Canada or does it require 
canadian postage to send from Canada???
