Hi:

        My faher n law is trying to convince me that when there has been a
lightning storm, the lightning releases potassium or was it phospherus, from
the soil and therefor pumpkins and other garden vegtables have a noticable
growth spurt. Does this even sound possible ? your thoughts please.
