Leaves, Hay, and other fancy stuff.

Does anyone have information on the nutrient contents and PH level for
different leaves?  Okay what about hays, like alfalfa, grass, fescue, ect.
This is my next installement of additions to the patch.  I am thinking of
adding an obscene amount of both leaves and hay, but haven't decided which
variety.
Any input would be welcome.
