I work for the USPS, and I also live in Pennsylvania..... While I live in the
northern part of PA, I hope it wasnt some postal worker.. If it was, I would
lean toward the people at the local PO from thier knowledge of what is going out
in the packets), but highly doubt it (or want it not to be true atleast).... I
got my package from Larry okay, everything intact, but maybe the culprits are
picking just a few.. Then again, automation has these packages flying through
huge machines at these giant postal hubs that it is very possible that a few of
the packs out of the hundreds they sent out popped open. Now as for the empty
seed pack inside the opened envelope.. that sounds like it was a perpetrator..
