  That would depend on a lot of factors, like the amount of water used, your 
soil conditions are two just to start.
  Figure out what you want to deliver to you plant and work backwards
  the stronger the fertilizer the lower the ratio, etc.
   I hear most growers say it is better to be a bit short on something than 
to be over.
   Most nutrients become toxic when overdone.
   I personally like to foliar feed at very low concentrations twice a week 
and I add seaweed to the foliar feed to help control fungus.  I have not had 
any fungus problems even when I miss a fungicide application.
