Pumpkin Position on vine
This last year I tried lowering the ground level under the pumpkins as they
grew. In some cases where growers have the right type of soil and drainage
this might be easier than getting everything in just the right spot. My
largest was only 200 lb but I think it would work for any size pumpkins to
reduce the strains involved. It also prevents any roll-aways.
