List members and seed enthusiasts,
Tomorrow mornign at 7:45 , the PGPGA is doing the first annual open
auction which will run for 2 weeks on our Association;s site,
http://www.pgpga.com . This auction is loaded with some terrific seeds,
and also some seeds that wont cost you the arm and a leg to acquire.
Seeds included in this years auction are packaged in lots, some by
themselves , and others in pairs. There are 16 lots, bid on any one of
them, as the auction will be unique in this sense, it runs for 2 weeks,
and I will be posting high bids on each lot daily and the amount of bids
each lot has recieved as of each day I update it.. The bottom of the
page will have the last time the page was updated with the current high
bid.
Additionally, I want to thank Duncan for the use of his list, as
well as Paul and Mike for the use of their list for this auction. I also
want to inform list members that there will be this note letting you
know it is underway, one message half way (next thursday), and then one
to let you know the auction has been completed. I will not announce
winners on the list as I do not want to clutter up mailboxes with PGPGA
business, but will tell in my closing announcement that winning bids and
names will be posted on the site that thursday nite at around 10:00.
Good luck in this years PGPGA auction, may they all be silver
bullets (hoping), and on behalf of Marv Hicks, Larry Checkon, Marv
Meisner , and the rest of the gang at the Pennsylvania Giant Pumpkin
Grower's Association "We thank you for your support. All proceeds will
go to the PGPGA and its GPC site fees and Organizational functions.
