Hi, Duncan,

Thanks for posting the new guidelines.  I have revised my sig file
accordingly.

I wonder if you could ask the list to include the STATE as well as the
county?  Counties by themselves don't mean much.  Mine, for example, is
Greene Co.  There must be dozens of those throughout the country.
