There is no problem with seeds coming across the border from Canada to the
US. All that needs to be done is fill out a declaration form stating you have
pumpkin seeds in the envelope, and that their value is 0 dollars. I know... I
know... They are priceless you say? According to the non growers, they have no
value.. but we can keep it our little secret.. I have sent dozens and dozens of
packages across the border, and also received them here in the US, so don't
think for a minute there is some type of restriction. I work for the Postal
service and sent one out this morning as a matter of fact.
