Great study Joe !,
What do you think about the 567.5 mombert as being a product of hybrid
vigor. The original seed was white the shape and skin very different and
the color dominate orange. The LLamele I believe was a selfed pumpkin
until crossed with the 616holland.
The mombert 567.5 seems to have pazazz..................
The lack of info kills me on the father the LLamele
but the pressence of the 567.5 in many lg pumpkins is outstanding. And
some of the hottest seeds out there are linked to the 567.5.
Seems you can cross the 567.5 to a holland based or vice versa and do well
and cross a 567.5 to a lloyd or vice versa and do well.
But I hear ya !! theres got to be some pattern out there.......keep up the
search......MB
