Male & female blooms
Can I borrow someone else's memory?? Male blossoms appear first, females
later. Approximately what is the time lag from the first males until a
female? A week to ten days? Two weeks? Longer?
I keep pretty extensive notes, but I only noted the females when they
appeared - perhaps because I was also pinching off males that were too early
to be used for pollination.
