Hello List
As a new grower I have a couple of questions to ask. I
just purchased heating cables and was wondering when
it is no longer needed do you pull them out or leave
it in the ground for the remainder of the season?
Also I plan to build cold frames, actually it will be
my husband that will do that, anyhow I want something
that you can remove the top and use the sides panels
for wind protection after the cold frame is no longer
needed. What I was thinking was to have 2x4x4 nailed
together like a picture frame and drill holes in the
top and bottom. That way you can put steel rods
through the top and bottom to anchor it to the ground.
I'm just not sure how we should do the top. Does
anyone have a similar design or idea?
Thanks Sherry Gauthier
