Re: how to do a soil test?
Greg
I use Neil Kinsey and he has done a great job for me
so far. You can get information from his web site
www.kinseyag.com. He is familiar with the pumpkin
growers and is very willing to help. Let him know that
the IPGA send you.
I am on and agressive program to get my soil just
right. His site tells you how to take samples and where
to send them. His test id $50, which might seem high,
but you get all the major test and the important minor
nutrient test with recomendations on how to fis them all.
His program is for a balanced soil.
I hope this helps and I know there are other labs out
there that offer great services as well. You need to
choose what you think is best for yourself.
