Pumpkins Wanted
'Tis the sesaon. Photographers and and advertising companies have begn to
plan their annual fall shoots. Those photo shoots begin any time
now.  And,
of course  they can't find pumpkins. They usually want jack
o'lanterns.
Like last year, I will forward notes I receive to the bulletin board. Anyone
who has pumpkins, please reply to me and I will get you in touch with these
sometimes despearate people.
Here is the note:
Bob:
I am a Chicago based photographer, and for a catalog client I will need
pumpkins for carving next month - March. Can you suggest a supplier? I know
of
course that this is completely contrary to their season, but I am hoping that
someone somewhere grows them in a greenhouse, or somewhere in the Southern
Hemisphere. Thanks for any suggestions you might offer.
