I tried that all last summer, and it didn't work for me. And one
afternoon my wife came out to check the pumpkin and the conversation
went like this:
Jancie: "Honey, what IS that smell? It stinks out here."
John: "Oh you know, deer repellant. Garlic, rotten eggs... and predator
urine."
Jancie: "Predator urine???"
John: "Look, do you want me to grow a big pumpkin or not?"
She went back inside pretty quickly and the deer still nibbled at the
new vines consistently.
