Don't guess on inputs! For just a few bucks - about $8 -$10 bucks you can
have a soil test done by your state lab. Tell them what you want to grow
and they will tell you what inputs to use...lime, fertilizer, etc. tell
you your soil PH and even what you'll need for the next years planned
crop. It is the best bargain in agriculture..
