Re: Windsor and the GPC no more?

Dear Wayne,
	This is a very distasteful subject for me to discuss. But I would like to
clear some facts. We did send our results at around 7 to 7:30 not 11. We
weighed 116 pumpkins and did not finish until 6:30 which disappointed us,
but we will be quicker next year. I do not recall any information requiring
us to have the results in by a certain time, only to send them as soon as
possible. I had put an individual in charge of sending the fax, but I
errored in not emphasing the urgency which could possibly have resulted in
the information arriving up to an hour earlier. 
	This is a long story and, two sides. But we must put things behind and
move ahead, hopefully learning, which will strengthen the organization.
