I guess I should clarify. What I meant was I have visualized a concept
for some lineage tracking software. As a software developer by trade, I
have the resources to make that vision a reality but don't want to
proceed further if acceptable software already exists. If there is
indeed a need for such software among this group and nothing currently
exists that meets everyones requirements, I will pursue this further.
