Seed differences..

We've talked a lot about our seeds of choice, including seeds from great
pumpkins grown in 99, to trying to get our hands on proven seeds from
the past. But what about those little differences in seeds that we
notice along the way such as, why do some seeds sink rather than float
when we are cleaning out our pumpkins after weighoff time.....or why are
white seeds a must for some growers....or does a large fat seed produce
the pumpkin we are looking for....Are these and other differences just
preferences to the grower or has any hard facts been proven over the
years to help us decide what seed we are looking for .........Ken
