Deborah: I've been using nematodes for several years to help control borers,
I buy them through Gardens Alive as someone has already posted, they have a
web-site --http://www.gardens-alive.com/ they also sell the syringes for
injecting them into the vines, but lets hope we don't have to wait until
they're in there already. Roto tilling in the late fall/early winter helps
to bring the over wintering borers up to the surface (pupa stage) this will
allow the birds and the cold to knock some of them off.

I think this list is the best ....Always some-one to lend a helping
hand....and sharing your experience....and seeds....is priceless to this
