Pumpkin Seeds needed....
Greetings to all our giant pumpkin growing friends from around the world! I am writing to you from Elk Grove, California the home of the Elk Grove Community Harvest & Giant Pumpkin Festival the Official GPC site for California. Each year our festival distributes giant pumpkin seeds to any novice grower who would like attempt to grow giant pumpkins. These seeds are distributed at local nurseries, supermarkets, newspaper offices, community centers, a number of local businesses, to elementary school classrooms as part of the Sacramento County Fair, mailed to all interested parties, and finally distributed to interested parties at the California State Fair. Last year we distributed over 3000 packets of seeds containing 3 - 4 seeds each to help generate interest in the sport we all love.....GROWING GIANT PUMPKINS!!
I need your help!!
I am looking for bulk seeds to package and distribute to anyone who would like to try growing giant pumpkins. Since most of this seed will most likely be distributed to novice growers I am not looking for your prize top shelf stock, but that large supply of bulk seeds which your are not likely to plant anyway. Seeds from that 200 lber you kept because you liked the shape, or those seeds from the smaller fruit that did not produce the results you wanted, anything will help.
