Warrior T

List,
A few days ago I called the Department of Agriculture to get
information on applying for a restricted pesticide license.
Representative asked why I wanted a license and I told her that I wanted
to be able purchase and apply Warrior T to control vine borer moths and
cucumber beetles.
After looked up the label for Warrior T she said that the label
didn't say anything about using it on culverts (or something like that )
and so could not legally be applied to pumpkins.
My question is why is it illegal to use it on pumpkins because it is
not on the label? I use BT to kill vine borer caterpillars and it
doesn't say on the label about use on pumpkins or vine borer, does that
mean that I am using BT illegally?
Another thing, I want to learn more about Warrior T, and I know some
of you know quite a lot about it. So would you please tell me more about
the product? Thanks

Grow'em Big,
Josh J.

PS. Please e-mail me privately unless you have something for the whole
list. I don't want the list to get clutered. Thanks again.
