True name - Squmpkin
Have done a lot of research on this - no definate answer from
new-oldgrowers other than
what they personally want which is prejudice. Sorry Paul, but I
believe the grid is the first
(long way from perfect) step in resolving this argument. Really the
squmpkin is neither a pumpkin
or a squash, its a breeding that pumpkin growers are using to get
heavier weigh from in order to
win competitions, the orange growers don't stand a chance, the
squash growers have some
ethics & will not reconize them as squash.Question in all the
new growers mind's. WHAT NOW.
