I don't know, I do research and development for a company to help increase productivity for several organisms. By using mutations you are altering the genetic make up, and therefore altering the plants ability to produce pumpkins......either increasing their ability or preventing the pumpkin from producing at all.
I was just curious to see if anyone had tried , and if they had what had been done in the past.
I will probably try this year to mutate at least a few seeds.
Every year I try several different experimental plots.
So this year several scientists I work with came up with this.
So what's to lose!
