timing of pruning
I often wonder what is best as the plant is starting out. When to start
cleaning up the stump a bit. It seems to me that in the beginning it
would be best to let things grow for a while then prune. The idea being
that the plant needs as much photosnythesis and food to get going. Or
is it best not to waste the energy and take out what want out right away.
..............any thoughts?
