RE: Too many seeds!

Ditto on the sorry for keeping people waiting...due to domestic problems, I
have been unable to get out bubble packs this year. Those few that have
traded with me know since I made them send me the seeds and I just returned
their seeds in their bubble packs. For those few who have sent me bubble
packs expecting seeds, I have no viable seeds this year. I only got 11
seeds out of my 464 lb. squash from the Hester 895 that weighed 100 lbs
heavy. (I'm proud of that fruit if you can't tell.) I have not had any
luck pollinating, so everything to this point has been open pollinated. I
have a good genetic lineup (mostly green) this coming season, so I hope to
get some good crosses. If I get something decent, everyone who has sent me
seeds to date will be first in line.

If you get a bubble pack from me sometime in April, please be as generous as
if it had arrived in the fall. (Maybe more generous if you wish. I'll take
some of those extra seeds off your hands.) If you have run out of a seed,
that is my own fault, so don't part with the 'last few' you were saving for
yourself. (Unless they are really good green genetics, then we can talk.)

I'm babbling now, which I have tended to do lately (which is why I haven't
been posting much on the list recently.) Hopefully I can work things out
domestically, but if not, I at least hope I get a bigger fruit this year.

George,
How many thank you's do you have piled up? I have some bubble packs that I

was supposed to send out a whil ago, but I didn't have the supplies. Sorry
to
everyone I've kept waiting. If Tony Ciliberto is on this list, the BP is
coming. Thanks and good luck,
Tom
