1st Annual CWPG Seed Raffle Update

For clarification and Review. All seeds donated will be raffled. And your
entries go towards an equal chance of obtaining any one of the 200-300 seeds
in the raffle. You can only have 5 entries max, so the most ONE person can win
is 5 different seeds if you send in $20 US dollars for your max of 5 entries
(chances). So it limits the number of entries per person, but it has no
limitation on the number of family members (of a household) that can enter. As
an example, an entrant can send $40 dollars for 5 entries for his/her self and
5 entries for his/her spouse, but make sure you include the information that
is requested in regulation #2. When money is received the entrant(s) will be
assigned raffle ticket numbers and put into the drawing. Drawing is now to be
held at the CWPG spring meeting on Saturday, March 29, 2003 after the seminar.
CWPG members will be present to witness this event. (Though i think this is a
bit late, i will try to see if it can be pushed to an earlier date so seeds
get out in time for spring planting).

Other notes of clarification:

The 243 Welty 02 is 825.5 Shymanski x 680.5 Stelts. The 680.5 is 562 Rose x
self. So the cross is very similar to the 801 stelts. Not exactly the same.
Also, Clarence Koch and myself cannot enter the drawing or any CWPG member
that had a serious contribution to the raffle. The raffle is open to all
around the world as well as all CWPG members who are interested and did not
contribute to the raffle.

Thanks.

Regards
Casey Neuville
