Re: obtaining some pumpkin seeds
Hi John--
Are you from the Elk Grove, CA area? If so, don't miss the annual Elk Grove Seed Swap and Raffle. Held in early March, its a half day event at the Elk Grove Parks & Rec Bldg, details will be coming out on this list, so keep your eyes open. Its our annual event and chance to meet and chat w/ other California growers--over 130 in attendance last year, have great selections of seeds at the many tables, admission is minimal and includes a nice lunch buffet. Well worth the time and money if you live any where near the Sacramento Valley--( we even had growers from the Pacific Northwest last year....) Great prizes in the raffles too!
Don't miss out and you will still have plenty of time to plant seeds you receive from this event.
