Re: Broc and Al 609?


Richard-that's right,Laemmle lives in NJ and no longer grows but someone
contacted him and relayed to me.He grew from his own best for a few years
and he didn't know the parents of his 609 Laemmle 89 except that he had
grown them.
 This is not surprising at all since in that era growers don't seem to have
taken the same interest we do now,or perhaps they did but kept everything
secret.--Al E.
