Rick,
The juveniles ego would not let him learn from his mistake. Had he chosen to
grow the pumpkin under your directon, then he might have been ready to change
his life.
There probably is no hope for the adult. His ego will do him every time.
Sock it to him and ask for 10,000 in restitution. Any lawyer that would take
this case deserves to lose. It would be poetic justice if you win without
legal council.
