The other day I was reviewing The top 700+ pumpkins by Al Eaton. I was
eager to check on some performances of seeds I was holding. There were no
track records . All kinds of questions were raised . Did anyone even
plant them? How many had tried a certain seed ? Are there common
problems? What kind of success ratios are there? . After dicussing this
survey with Al Eaton I am convinced this type of information derived from
the pumpkins that didn't make the 700+ booklet could be very valuable to
all growers making seed selection ... So I am attempting to gather this
information by surveying 40 top growers.....then I will compile the
information and pass it on to the various newsletters...... I cannot do
this without your help. Presently 15 surveys have been mailed out.. Heres
how you can help for the next few weeks i will be asking for Address
searches..................any help is greatly appreciate.......to protect
