I just got finished drying a few in my food dehydrator. I managed to fit
in three birdhouse style gourds. Two of them were immature and developed
splits (and you thought it only happened to pumpkins and squash!) and
the other dried fine. It took a few days at 135 degrees but they weren't
drying nearly fast enough for my taste in the basement. :)
