Angus will be sorely missed...He was a kindly gentleman who was always
there with a pumpkin and some good tips.
Last year his 832 was the 1st prize winner at the Battersea Pumpkin
Festival north of Kingston Ontario and he was gracious enough to bring
it to our Prince Edward County Pumpkinfest for display. He then donated
a number of seeds to our organization and they will be distributed this
spring..The Ottawa-St. Lawrence Growers and Giant Pumpkin growers all
around our area will surely miss Old Angus........Jim Ives & Bill Greer
in Picton, Ontario.
