Hallo all,
I seem to be in a bit of a pickle. I have three
plants, all only about 5 feet long (and they are
flowering) This is my first attempt ever at growing
the Atlantic Giant.
If I may ask a question, how long will the plants
continue to flower? They are only 5 feet long. I have
avoided polination because the flower are to close the
the vine where it comes out of the ground, I am afraid
that the pumpkin will pull the main vine out of the
ground. So, can I wait a while for the vines to make
10 or 15 feet, then pollinate? Will the plant continue
to flower, or should I try pollinating it now? (I have
one male and one female flower out now)...
Thanks,
Prost!
Mark
