survival
hi everyone, after making some observations in the patch, i have a question, not
sure if anyone has any idea's but i figured i'd throw it out there anyway.
last year it was really hot where i am, and no matter how much i watered,
the plant i was growing wilted every day. now the offspring of that pumpkin
seems to be really heat stress resistant. it hasnt' been overly hot here as of
late, and not nearly as hot as it was last year, but the sun has been strong.
where this one is planted its getting about 11 hours of sun a day. i haven't
watered it in about a week, and it doesn't wilt at all. any ideas why its not
wilting? the plant is small, i germinated it late, it has like a 4 foot main,
and i didnt 'allow any secondaries to grow.
