water Question

I have three plants this year and I have been having some wilting
problems. The plants wilted today and it is 80 with a humdidity of 45%.
The last 5 feet of the plants are wilting the most.
My soil is damp but not overly wet and it drains well. It rained 3/4"
over the weekend.
Am i not giving them enough water or could it be another problem.
They wilt the most when the sun is out.
