fused stamens?

I'm a bit worried about my Mackenzie 1010. It's about 10' now and has
produced very few male flowers and each male flower has had the same
peculiar mutation: each have had at least part of the stamen fused to
the inside of a petal, making the flower mishapened.

I hope that when the three female buds on the plant open (within a week
or so) that 1) I actually have male flowers around, 2) that mishapened
male flowers still produce decent pollen and 3) that the female lobes
will be normal.

Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
