John, The new CA contest looks great. Just what we needed here in the
golden state. Open to CA growers only and BBQ lunch after the weigh-off
can't be beat. Looking forward to seeing all the growers and their
families.
With two plants in your yard you should have a pumpkin for all three CA
weigh-offs this year. Keep the plants misted, shaded and you'll have a
great year. You are in the perfect climate for growing the giants!
