Re: cat claws


  I've probably got the ultimate claw story. Last year  a
black bear came into the garden and clawed, bit, and rolled
over one of my pumpkins! Fortunately it was the "spare
heir", and wasn't needed at the weighoff. The same bear
earlier, also had eaten all my cantalopes, and then ate all
the windfall plums, at least he didn't climb into the plum
trees and destroy them.
