Howdy!
Well after receiving 17" of rain in 40 days the last 3 weeks have been pretty
dry.
Great pumpkin weather last week...however, have not been able to produce the
the 25lbs a day....in fact having problems maintaining 15lbs! :)
(Note: The 594 Klema, 932 McIntyre and 401 Bhaskaran plants have
pretty much died as they were in a wetter area)
Here are the 5 pumpkins from the other 5 plants...
815 Checkon - day 38 - 272 lbs (up 48 lbs for the week)
837 Thorson - day 33 - 250 lbs ( up 74lbs for the week) (Squash)
760 Patrick - day 26 - 192 lbs ( up 96 lbs for the week)
772 Creuziger - day 36 - 178lbs (up 61lbs for the week) (one of the plants
that did not die, that was in water for June! Might finish ok...impressed
with its toughness!)
850 Hester - day 25 - 122 lbs. Making a strong comeback! 10"+ OTT days!
Well wishing everyone a great August!!!!
(Only 2 months away from the SE MN weighoff - Sept 30!!!)
